I’m Shruti Shetty, an M.S. Data Science student at Columbia University with 2.5 years of experience at Quantiphi in data engineering, analytics, and cloud solutions. I enjoy working across the full data lifecycle, from building reliable datasets to exploring patterns, running experiments, and turning results into something teams can actually use.

What I enjoy most is building at the intersection of data engineering, data science, and machine learning. At Columbia, I have been focusing on exploratory data analysis, applied machine learning, and deep learning, and I am also excited about LLM-based generative AI, including retrieval-augmented systems. I like work where strong data foundations and careful evaluation come together to create systems that are accurate, reliable, and easy to trust.
